Transformational Weekend Retreat
Reclaim Your Breath
11 & 12th Jan 2025
Join us for a weekend retreat with four Transformational Breath sessions, including sound, movement to embark on a journey of self-discovery
Your Body and Breath Keeps The Score
Every experience whether they are painful or not we store in our body’s cellular memory which is also known as our unconscious. We are naturally programmed to shut those painful emotions and memories out of our awareness into our unconscious by holding our breath, as a result we lose in touch with our authentic self-healing abilities instead we experience physical pain, emotional numbness and spiritual crisis.
What if there was a chance for you to open your restricted breathing pattern, to release and integrate repressed emotions, and to access your authentic self?
Would you not seize the opportunity to experience all of them?
Our “Reclaim Your Breath” weekend offers you chance to experience four Transformational Breath® sessions, a powerful self-healing tool to bring physical, mental and emotional well-being into your life. You will also experience shamanic drumming and yoga nidra.
