Nurture yourself and bring healing to your mind, body and spirit, in just ONE day.

Why do I need to learn how to breathe? The key to your healing exists within your body and breath.

Most of us have experienced some level of trauma in our lives. When these issues are unprocessed, they show up in your life through anger, stress, depression, extreme anxiety, eating disorders and avoidance. This comes from experiencing stressful events such as abuse, neglect, natural disasters, war, or loss of loved ones through illness. The thinking mind can’t work through these issues to let them go, they are held in the body, or more specifically in our tissue.

“Your issues are in your tissues”

This is a scientific fact. Untreated issues can affect physical health and make us really sick. As the origin of your pain lives in your body, your body needs to be part of the healing equation. You cannot rationalise with trauma with just the conscious mind. This is one of the reasons why many talking therapies only go so far.

Self-Healing Tool to Access inner Healing Intelligence

Transformational Breath® works across the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels to access your inner healing intelligence to heal yourself with the help of your own BREATH.
It’s been said that one breath session is equivalent to two years of therapy, so imagine the impact of doing this twice a day and how this will help integrate past trauma.

Cacao Ceremony

Cacao, known as the “food of the gods,” has been used for centuries in ceremonial contexts for its heart-opening and grounding properties. The cacao acts as a gentle yet potent facilitator, enhancing emotional awareness and opening the heart space.

The combination of cacao and breathwork can lead to profound insights, emotional release, and a sense of connection to oneself and others

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a deeply relaxing practice that induces a state of conscious deep sleep. Through guided meditation and body scanning techniques, Yoga Nidra helps individuals access the subconscious mind and release tension stored in the body. This practice can be particularly beneficial for processing trauma and integrating fragmented aspects of the self.

Preparation and Integration of your Psychedelic Journey

If you’re considering embarking on a psychedelic journey or have already experienced one, the breathwork and other modalities offered in the workshop can greatly enhance your experience and aid in integration.

By learning and incorporating these tools into your practice, you’ll be better equipped to navigate the challenges and insights of the psychedelic journey. They will provide a supportive framework for processing and integrating your experiences, ultimately helping you to derive the maximum benefit from your journey and foster personal growth and transformation.

Retreat details

Our workshop will start at 10.00am in the morning. After short background information and gentle breathwork practices including somatic experiencing, you will be experiencing breathing analysis ( your breath tells your unconscious). You will then be guided into a Cacao ceremony for opening your heart and setting an intention for the session.

You will then be lying down on mats with pillows and blankets during the sessions, using Transformational Breath to breathe. Our dedicated facilitators will guide you to breathe properly to get your best breathing experience with the help of music, movement, sound and acupressure. For the part of the integration of the session, you will be guided into the practice of Yoga Nidra.

After the lunch, you will have fun with breakstate following heart opening movement with sound.

You will then practice a second breathing session.

No previous experience required.

I request that all participants agree to honour confidentiality.
